Built by drivers who actually care about cars.
Washaroo started with a simple idea: most car washes are built for speed, not for the car. Tunnel brushes leave swirls. Touchless washes leave grime. We thought Austin deserved better — so we opened the kind of place we'd want to bring our own vehicles to.
Today we run two locations on South 1st and East 7th, with a small, well-trained team that washes every car by hand. We're locally owned and operated by an original Austinite, running a process we've spent years sharpening.

Reasonable price. I got a deal on an annual membership when I brought my car in for detailing before selling it. The car was stored outside for almost three years and had wasp nests in the doors. They made it look new! Now I come for my current car, and they do a great job. The staff is wonderful, and the waiting area is clean with free beer!!
