Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! The Roo-tine Clean and Mini Detail are both available as walk-ins at our East 7th Street location Tuesday through Sunday, 9am–5pm. Full detail packages — Full Interior, Gold Detail, and Paint Enhancement — require advance booking online.
How long does the Roo-tine Clean take?
The Roo-tine Clean takes approximately 30 minutes and covers everything: exterior hand wash, tire shine, window cleaning, full interior vacuum, and wipe-down of all interior surfaces.
What's the difference between the Roo-tine Clean and the Mini Detail?
The Roo-tine Clean is a quick 30-minute maintenance clean — great if you wash regularly and just want to stay on top of things. The Mini Detail takes about an hour and goes much deeper: compressed air cleaning, thorough vacuuming of every crevice, and leather and plastic conditioning. If you don't clean your car regularly, the Mini Detail is what we recommend.
Do the full detail packages require an appointment?
Yes — Full Interior, Gold Detail, and Paint Enhancement packages must be booked online in advance. They take significantly longer to complete and can't be accommodated as walk-ins.
How does the Wash Club membership work?
The Wash Club gives you unlimited Roo-tine Cleans at both our East Austin and South Austin locations — no appointment needed, plus free beer and wifi while you wait. 12-Month members also get 50% off all detailing services. Available as a 6-month or 12-month pass. Reach out to us to get set up.
