Visit either Austin location and ask a manager to get you set up. Takes just a few minutes.

You’ll receive your digital pass by email and a Washaroo sticker goes on your driver’s side door jamb.

No appointments, no scheduling. Pull up, show your pass, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Common questions
Does it auto-renew?
No — your pass is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew. When it expires, just come in and renew with a manager.
Can I use it on more than one car?
The pass is registered to one vehicle. If you get a new vehicle, we can transfer the membership — just stop in and let us know.
What does “oversized” mean?
Oversized vehicles include vans, dually trucks, Sprinter vans, and similar larger vehicles. These may carry a small additional charge on top of the listed Truck price.
Is there a limit on how often I can wash?
Nope — truly unlimited. Come in once a week, twice a week, whatever keeps your car looking its best.
Can I use the membership at both locations?
Yes! Your pass is valid at both our East Austin and South Austin locations.
